Description of Services: Program that focuses on skill development to enhance decision-making process for people with diverse disabilities and assistance with access to community resources to gain independency.

Peer Support Program - A supportive environment to build social connections. Range of activities and recreational programming available to create opportunities to participate and build leadership skills.

Fees: Set Fee * Annual Membership $5/year or $10 for 3 years
