Program: Rehabilitation Treatment Clinics

Organization: Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre
Description of Services: Adult outpatient treatment clinics for various conditions needing rehabilitation support. This may include, physiotherapy, swallowing disorders, hand therapy and cardiovascular rehab.

Clinics are Staffed by a multidisciplinary team:
  • physicians
  • nurses
  • physiotherapists
  • occupational therapists
  • radiologists
  • speech language pathologists
  • recreation therapists
  • social workers

Rehabilitation Day Hospital - For patients with more than one therapeutic need following an illness or injury such as stroke or amputation that has occurred within the last 3-4 months

Fees: Most fees covered by OHIP * Set Fee for parking

Application: Appointment is required * Physician referral also required for all clinics
