Description of Services: Non-emergency transportation to local and long distance medical appointments,  local shopping, and social events * service for North Simcoe region for those who do not have access to transportation or whom have limited income * volunteer drivers * wheelchair accessible van

Services available:
  • out of North Simcoe transportation for specialized health services 
  • accessible transit application form available for residents of Midland only

Fees: Set Fee * Adults: $2.50/ride and $30/20 rides * Seniors and students: $2.25/ride and $25/20 rides
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 18 years and older * Resident of North Simcoe * People with low-income that require transportation * Older adults with limited support
Application: Call to determine eligibility for service * Applications for medical assessment for medical appointments out of the area is required * Registration from and medical form is available on website * Confirmation and application from Health Professional is required
