Description of Services: 24 hr Crisis line provides immediate assistance to people experiencing distress and/or who are seeking support services * By calling the Crisis Line, individuals can be referred to mobile crisis support in the community and/or other crisis supports within the program

Services provide:
  • suicide and risk assessment and intervention
  • de-escalation and stabilization
  • crisis intervention and support
  • service navigation
  • coping strategies
  • direct referral to internal Crisis supports such as crisis and justice safe beds, face to face mobile support in community, brief services, emergency services

Fees: Free
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Youth and adults with a serious mental illness or psychosocial crisis and in need of non-medical crisis intervention
